Prize Cookies

Recipe from my Mom who got it from a box of None Such Mince Meat.
Set oven to 400° F
3 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1 pkg. None Such Mincemeat
